About Us

Human Harmonies is a holistic health center focused on helping individuals of all ages and abilities bring balance to their lives through the practice of Tai Chi, Bagua and restorative QiGong. With continued focused practice, improvements in health issues are seen within a short period of time. In today’s world, people find that they are more stressed, have busier schedules and are not taking the time to really take care of themselves. We believe that there is no greater investment than to focus on the health of your mind and body.

Qi Fit Program

Qi Fit Program

The foundation of any practice; martial, medical, or spiritual, is built on energy and awareness. Qigong practice is the cultivation of energy and awareness through regulation of the breath and moving meditation. The gentle, rhythmic movements of Qigong reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system. It has also been found to improve cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic and digestive functions.The Qi Fit program focuses on beginning Medical Qigong exercises along with fundamental Tai Chi movements to help restore the body back to its healthy state, so the practitioner can have a happy and healthy life.

Body Awakening

Body Awakening

The Body Awakening Program is an introductory program that focuses on increasing the Qi (chi) or energy in the body. Movements taught include stretching and strengthening exercises that will help to open up the meridians in the body, as well as promote joint flexibility and strength. During the program students learn beginning and intermediate Qigong exercises along with fundamental Tai Chi exercises and forms within their fitness level.

Full Body Program

Full Body Program

This is the main training program that we offer. This is designed for individuals that are looking for maximum benefit and allows students to attend all the classes that we offer. The Full Body Program trains students in beginning, intermediate and advanced Qigong exercises along with practicing the Tai Chi 24 form and the Yang 108 form. As students progress, they will also be learning Kung Fu and Bagua movements which will help with building greater physical and mental strength along with bringing more balance, range of motion and energy.
