In the Full Body Program, the instructor will evaluate each person’s strengths, limitations, and/or weaknesses. They will then teach the appropriate health method or movements to improve that person’s condition and well-being. The goal of this program is for the individual to learn about their body, its systems and through the health methods and movement taught, ways to keep the mind and body healthy.
Movements taught in this program are from Tai Chi, QiGong, Kung Fu and Bagua Zhang.
