Body Awakening Program

The Body Awakening Program is an introductory program that focuses on increasing the chi or energy in the body. Movements taught include stretching and strengthening exercises that will help to open up the meridians in the body, as well as promote joint flexibility and strength. During the program students learn Tai Chi, Yoga and moving meditation within their fitness level.
