The Body Awakening Program


The Body Awakening Program is a twelve (12) week introductory program that focuses on increasing the chi or energy in the body, building strength and increasing flexibility.  Movements taught include breathing/meditation (Qi Gong/Chi Kung), stretching and strengthening movements, and an introduction to Tai Chi.  These movements will help to open up the meridians in the body increasing chi/energy, as well as promoting joint flexibility and strength. 


The Full Body Program

In the Full Body Program, a Human Harmonies Director will evaluate each person's mental and physical strengths, limitations, and/or weaknesses. They will then teach the appropriate health method or movements to improve that person's condition and well-being. The goal of this program is for the individual to learn about their body, its systems and through the health methods and movement taught, ways to keep the mind and body healthy.

The Full Body Program is taught in four semesters, each semester consisting of one year. Classes meet two times per week.
